Every task is tagged with an epic, phase, priority, owner, and current status. The master task index tracks all planned work across the EMEP platform. Every task belongs to an epic, maps to a phase, and carries a unique identifier. Status Definitions | Status | Meaning | | ----------- | ---------------------------------------- | | PLANNED | Task defined, not yet started | | IN PROGRESS | Active work underway | | BLOCKED | Waiting on dependency or external input | | REVIEW | Implementation complete, awaiting review | | DONE | Merged and validated | | DEFERRED | Moved to later phase | Task IDs are immutable.
